Coaching
Did you know you don't have to be a teacher to coach Science Olympiad? Any adult can coach Science Olympiad, as long as they have the approval of a school's administration.
Mentoring
Teams are always looking for mentors who can share their knowledge. Contact your local school to see how you can help. Not sure if they have a Science Olympiad program? Email director@georgiascioly.org.
Volunteering
It takes a small army to run a Science Olympiad tournament! All assistance is welcome, whether you've an experienced coach, former competitor, or a novice.
Many of our state's universities run tournaments and/or do community outreach. Contact them if you are a current student, alum, or professor.
Are you a somewhat recent college grad wanting to stay connected to Science Olympiad? Maybe you're new to Georgia and seeking a new community! Join us for volunteer and social opportunities.
